How Much of Verra Mobility's (VRRM) Business is Red Light Cameras or Speed Cameras?

Rental car tickets are a huge growing business for Verra Mobility.

Verra Mobility seems to not mention its core business of safety cameras until almost the end of its company description.  How come?  All of the other things they mention like "data intelligence" and "bringing together devices, vehicles" don't make a lot of sense to me and seem like non-recurring services or consulting.

Verra Mobility is committed to developing and using the latest in technology and data intelligence to help make transportation safer and easier. As a global company, Verra Mobility sits at the center of the mobility ecosystem – one that brings together vehicles, devices, information, and people to solve complex challenges faced by our customers and the constituencies they serve.
