The redlight was yellow and took a picture of me making a left turn going 14 miles per hour. I still had to pay $351 up front, and as a U.S. Citizen, I was considered guilty. I fought it through paper work and Compton Court, but I waited for some lame government worker to refund my $351.00. It took a year. Her boss had no control over this individual, didn't know why she was out or when she was coming back. This was the Supervisor. They lost my paperwork, I had to send it twice. The supervisor didn't have the know how to process my paperwork. The last six months, when I paid my driver's insurance, I noticed I wasn't being charged for a 2005 or 2006 traffic ticket/or moving violation. So I complained to insurance that I never had a ticket. I guess it was on my DMV all this time and had finally gone away after maybe 2 years. Well, if this happened in 2005 or 2006 I paid my insurance every 6 months with same vendor. They only issued me a $55.00 credit for the last semester of insurance. I have to pull my paperwork and write them a letter. I was calculating it in my head and I guessed maybe they owe me for 4 semesters that I was overcharged. These red light cameras are so unfair, and are just a money making machine. I received one other ticket in my life and it also was wrong. I fought the North Hollywood Traffic Division a corrupt bunch and won. Redflex Traffic Systems is one of the big companies in Southern California. I'm thinking of writing them a complaint letter. I don't know if they own the red light camera at the intersection, I received a ticket. I will google some more to find some answers. I'm trying not to go to areas that have these cameras. I think our freedoms are being taken away. It has nothing to do with safety anymore.
No one cares about the individual anymore, and that's why it was so easy for those officers and staff to not help you or others there.

Police say one thing at the scene of the crime/inc...

Police say one thing at the scene of the crime/incident and then when you have to deal with the courts or paperwork or some sort of government or county agency, you realize the police officers are airheads.
