I recently got a ticket in Pasadena, TX. I guess the cops have nothing else better to do but sit in the parking lot and wait for you to do something! I have taken defensive driving twice as well as drivers education, and I have never heard of this law until I got the ticket. It sucks even more to get caught by a cop, b/c the ticket it not 75.00 it is 220.00. That really SUCKS!!! I yeilded instead of stopping. Today I came to a complete stop and almost got hit from the back!! So I guess the rest of the world should be informed of this law!!

Went to my Kansas City, MO courtdate for right on red ticket. Their camera photo and video doesn't show driver so I asked them to proove it was me and not other registered owners for our vehicle. Judge dismissed ticket and found me not guilty. 80% of drivers pay ticket by mail and dont' want to mess with court. Lazy American's giving due process away. Guy before me admitted to right turn on red and judge found him guilty but since there was no traffic in way of his turn the judge did not fine him at all.

There is no way to verify if a car comes to complete stop by still images. If the city, can't provide video evidence of a "rolling right turn" how can the still images verify if your were stopped or not. Still photos are completely inconclusive evidence. The fee in California for a "Failure to Stop at a Red Light" on a right turn is $446. I suggest fight the ticket. Unfortunately, you have to pay the bail amount before you can get a fair hearing in what is called a Trail by Declaration.

I just got a rolling right turn ticket. I did not know it was against the law. Why is it not against the law (to not come to a complete stop and turn on a driveway) if same rules apply. Here is my case. I was driving, the light was yellow turning into red when I got to the corner it was red, but sends I was turning and had looked to see if any PED's where X...and all was clear I made the turn. I did not stop because I did not see any danger and mainly because the light was yellow.

Aside of this. Do you open your eyes and see or just open your eyes. Do you know any info on what Big Brother is (NOT TV SHOW)? Do you know that there is a chip called (RFID MICROCHIP)http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UDhDrFrs7as that will have all your information and use it to help you or against you. It will give government and other people the ability to know all your record with a scan. You can be track by check points that will be in places like these cameras. Did you know that all your calls are recorded and all your e-mails and personal pictures that are send by e-mail are saved and can be seen by the government?

My point is that if you are mad about a ticket wait a few years and you will be ANGRY.

One thing that I have learned is the WAR is FREEDOM and PEACE is SLAVERY.
You fight for your freedom ...but obey (be at peace) when you are a slave. I don't mean to say that war is good but think about it do you obey or fight. You chose to go to work you chose to not kill you chose to pay tickets, and you are at peace and not in war. But what happens when someone tries to take $100 out of your pocket. Do you let them? Or do you fight. If you let them you are a slave, if you fight them you are free. By fight I mean, do something, like say something scream for help anything that lets you know that you did not let the person take your money. That you try. But did not let them... because you are not a slave...WE ARE NOT SLAVES GET ANGRY TODAY FIGHT FOR YOUR FREEDOM.

I got a ticket for turning right on red during certain posted hours, and honestly I did not see either sign posted. I went back to the intersection and saw that it indeed had times posted, but then when I got the ticket, the officer said he could not tell me how much the ticket was for, because they are not allowed to post the amount????!!!!! Strange, very strange. Now I'm trying to find it on line and cannot find the fee. When I call the number for the ticket line, it just keeps ringing busy.....seems like they don't want me to have the info! (Indiana)

Here's how unconstitutional this law is in Kansas City, Missouri. No due process! My car is registered to me and wife. I'm mailed the ticket since i'm the first on registration. How can the court prove who was driving if they don't have photos of the driver??They have rewritten their traffic code to make the primary car owner responsible for this right turn on red light violation? They make the level of guilt similar to a parking ticket? What happen to beyond a resonable doubt and having the Government proove their case. If I remember correctly, Santa Ana and Fullerton have an unusually high number of right turn tickets in the past. Highwayrobbery.net mentioned this on the site. I think I narrowly escaped getting cited for a right turn in Fullerton at Magnolia & Orangethorpe a few months ago. The right turn arrow had been on, and turned yellow as I approached to go east on Orangethorpe. As I got into the crosswalk, it turned red, and I think I saw a flash go off, though my front wheels just crossed before it turned red. I happen to have clear plastic covers over a blue plate, and it may have blinded the camera. I never received a notice to this date, thus passing the 15 day deadline rule.
